The Six Sigma Master Black Belt training is the continuation of the Six Sigma Black Belt and enables you to implement Six Sigma in your company, to manage a Six Sigma program as well as to coach Six Sigma projects and Black Belts. The Six Sigma Master Black Belt is composed of 2 modules of 4 days each plus an exam day. The modules cover the company-wide implementation of Six Sigma, cross-discipline collaboration, in-depth project management, planning and implementation of Six Sigma trainings, coaching techniques, in-depth statistical knowledge as well as advanced data mining and simulation methods. Nationally recognized certification from our independent certification body SystemCert.

Exam
The training concludes with an examination and a certificate. Participants with Six Sigma Black Belt training receive a nationally recognized certification according to ISO 17024 from our independent certification body SystemCERT. Participants without Six Sigma Black Belt training receive a certificate of attendance.
