In our Six Sigma+ Green Belt training in Data Driven Problem Solving, you will acquire the skills to solve complicated problems with the help of data analysis.
It is obvious to apply AI and machine learning methods to data-based problem solving methods such as Six Sigma or 8D. Since both in the production environment (e.g., inline process measurements) and in the administrative area (e.g., time stamps of SAP workflows) ever larger amounts of data accumulate, methods that are able to handle these amounts of data are gaining in importance.
Using Six Sigma problem solving techniques, financially measurable process improvement projects of your company will be systematically implemented (focus on quality improvement). The training thus promises you not only the acquisition of special problem-solving skills, but also immediate savings for your company.
