Continuous improvement process in production companies

In the course of training as a CIP coach accompanied by successfactory, the participants independently carried out improvement projects.

Bernd Kögler introduced the CIP approach at Pankl Racing Systems AG. During the training, which was accompanied by successfactory, for the Shop Floor employees to become CIP Coach, participants had to self-responsibly develop improvement projects.

A focus of the presentation was based on the thrilling question, how motivation is created and what role a monetary incentive plays here. How is it possible to bring employees into the learning zone and move their own borders?
